Hi I'm Steph the Osteopath!

I have been providing expert treatment for humans, horses and dogs since 2011.   Please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss if I can help with your own, or your animal's particular complaint.

I am based in Hythe, Kent where I welcome patients to my beautiful, tranquil therapy studio. I provide a comprehensive mobile Equine and Canine Osteopathy service throughout the South East, and also run a monthly clinic in Cambridgeshire seeing both human and animal patients.

More than just treating ‘bad backs’, Osteopaths assess and treat the whole body including the spine, joints, muscles and connective tissue, always aiming to determine the root cause of the problem. I treat each patient as an individual, tailoring the treatment and giving bespoke advice to achieve the best outcome.
